The Crowd was recognized by the city for donating $3000.00 dollars towards the youth program in Santa Maria. The Mayor of Santa Maria, Alice Patino presented The Crowd with certificate of appreciation from the city at Santa Maria’s Downtown Friday’s Farmers Market.
The Crowd was present again for the third time fundraising during cruise night. This year we were in front Santa Maria High School bbqing. All the proceeds from the bbq will go towards the new local youth program called The Mayor’s Task Force on Youth Safety. The Crowd wants thank all people that came out to support.
The Crowd had another successful Valentines Fundraiser Dance at the Santa Maria Inn. We were sold out of tickets. We want thank all the donations from Maya Resturant, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Kelly Moore Paints, Dunn Edwards Paint, Monroy’s Mufflers And Tires, Cal Coast Painting Inc & The Swiss Restaurant. Of course we want thank everyone that attended. We look forward to doing this again next year!
This is The Crowd’s 3rd Annual Valentine’s Dance/fundraiser. Thanks to great response from last year we decided to move our event to The Santa Maria Inn – 801 S Broadway, Santa Maria, CA 93454 (The Santa Maria Room/Banquet by the pool) (2/11/17). We will have live music from Suave.We will have DJ Johnny Blaze too. We will have door prizes, 50/50 raffles & horderves available throughout the night. Ticket prices are $20.00 per person. You can purchase tickets at the door or you can call/text 805-345-5885 or 805-264-4912 to buy in advance.This event helps The Crowd continue our mission to provide relief and support to at-risk youth and underprivileged families through community initiatives and outreach programs.
The Crowd was present once again donating turkeys to the KCOY 12 Turkey Drive. The Crowd donated 10 turkeys and 10 2-liter sodas. The turkeys & sodas are given Good Samaritan Shelter in Santa Maria for Thanksgiving. The Crowd look forward to doing this again next year.
The Crowd was present at this year’s 33rd annual Grapes & Grains in Santa Maria. This is a non-profit event generously provided by local brewers, wineries and local distributors, and served entirely by volunteers. 100% of net proceeds from admission and sponsors will benefit local charities.
